Hallmark’s “When Calls The Heart” Star Mamie Laverock is currently recovering following several surgeries after falling 5 stories at the hospital!
The Star was put on life support and her family will not be taking the terrible tragedy lightly.
Laverock’s family is planning to take legal action according to PageSix.
The actress’ mother, Nicole Rockmann, told the Los Angeles Times Thursday that they are confident they have a “negligence-type case” against St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, Canada.
“We have a case. All we care about is that Mamie can make a recovery and that she’s alive and that she’s fighting and that she’s strong,”

Fairly new to the community are Mountie Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry) and saloon owner Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally), who both vie for the attention of Elizabeth. With the added pressure on deciding between her suitors, writing a novel and taking care of her son, Elizabeth continues to teach the children of Hope Valley all while trying to navigate the challenges in her life.
